Software Mantra #1

Below is a simple mantra to help keep your team, project or company on track. As often as possible, ask yourself:

What are we doing?
Why are we doing it?
How's it going?

Think of it like a background daemon for your organization. Leadership can answer this question in front of everyone at all-hands meetings, or you and your team can ask each other during a retrospective.

Asking it every day might be a bit much, but if you go more than a year without asking it, you may be surprised by the answers.
